Terms and Procedures
There is no charge for listing your equipment with UNC Equipment, Inc. We do not require you to sign a contract or give us an exclusive listing of your equipment.
A 7% commission will be charged to the seller for all equipment sold from a referral given by UNC Equipment, Inc. When a buyer purchases a piece of equipment, the money should be sent to UNC Equipment, Inc. UNC Equipment, Inc. will send the money for the equipment to the seller minus the commission. UNC Equipment, Inc. receives no money until the equipment sells.
UNC Equipment, Inc. does not provide any warranty for equipment purchased. We are not responsible for any errors, changes or misrepresentations, but we do make every effort to make sure all our information is correct and accurate.
We receive listings by mail, email or fax. Please provide as much information as possible regarding the equipment to be listed. Pictures are also helpful. The seller will be provided with the complete listing information, as it is entered in our files. This is the same information as prospective buyer will receive.
